RÁCZ ANNA ZSÓFIA
Élete során mindenkit sokféle trauma ér, de a mi kezünkben van a döntés, hogy hogyan kezeljük ezeket!
Segítek az átélt nehézségeket erősségekké formálni.
I am a consulting psychologist and I firmly believe that we possess both the control and the power of choice in how we handle the many challenges that life throws our way. We can allow our past to completely define our future, or we can try to process what has happened and develop new perspectives and tools for more effective life management. If we’re currently facing difficulties, we can choose to confront them and overcome them by finding the best possible solutions. We hold the power to make decisions and to shape the course of what unfolds in our lives.>
In my life and also in my personality, there is a kind of duality that is reflected in the methodology I use and love. Alongside psychology, I've been working in HR for 10 years. I don’t shy away from difficult situations: I did my internship in a prison, I quickly connect with abused children, and during my HR career, I led a business unit at 24 and managed HR for an international company at 28. I can slow down, pay attention, and fully accept others, while also being quick, efficient, dynamic, and decisive.
What motivates me and drives me every day is the desire to eliminate the anger, tension, conflict, and abuse that unfortunately are present in our lives today, and instead, focus on how we can help each other, connect better, and accept ourselves and others. It may seem idealistic or utopian, but this is what drives me. That’s why I work to make life better for people and communities.

I am convinced that for my clients to effectively and long-term cope with their difficulties, they need to dig down to the root of the problem, and therapy as a method helps with this. At the same time, I believe it is important for them to find practical solutions, develop tools, and determine specific steps that they can immediately apply and turn into action in their daily lives. The coaching methodology helps with this. The combination of these two ensures that I can provide comprehensive support to those who turn to me and accompany them on their journey toward a more harmonious life.
My role is not to be a judge or an advisor. Everyone has their own story, needs, and emotions, and if someone from the outside tells them what to do and how to do it, it won’t be sustainable or effective in the long run, because we can only truly live with what comes from inside. Everyone is the expert on their own relationships and feelings; I am the expert on human relationships, interpersonal dynamics, and individual inner workings. Thus, I support my clients' inner work with the right questions, offering new perspectives, reflecting back to them, suggesting exercises, and pointing out connections.
The therapeutic space is meant to make clients feel safe and encounter complete acceptance, represented by the psychologist. It’s a “place” where they can unpack everything they've been carrying in their suitcase for a long time—fears, guilt, shame, secrets, old painful memories—because I won’t be judgmental, and I am here to help process these. I can see from the outside how they function and the dynamics at play, so in couples therapy, I can act as a translator, helping to interpret each partner's experiences.
In this situation, the psychologist serves as an interpreter, a guide, and a translator. Often, the key lies in an objective outsider articulating what you’ve been saying to each other for years, but for some reason, the message hasn’t gotten through. I help you learn to communicate differently and truly listen to each other.
How Couples Therapy Can Help:
Understanding past events that affect the current situation is important, as is finding practical steps and solutions. I help my clients face themselves, discover their strengths, develop new tools, and define steps that lead them to achieve their goals.
